Norman’s 180 Opens at the Westin Colonnade in Miami
Coral Gables, Florida (June 29, 2010) – Amstar announced today the highly anticipated opening of Norman’s 180 at the Westin Colonnade Hotel in the high-end Coral Gables submarket of Miami. The premiere restaurant brings celebrity chef Norman Van Aken back to the Gables after a three year hiatus. Teaming up with his son and fellow chef, Justin, Van Aken’s Norman’s 180 will take globally inspired recipes and focus on the regional offerings that are bountiful in Southern Florida, creating a high-end “farm to table” experience for international guests and locals alike.

While the Westin will continue to offer its signature room service and catering offerings, Norman’s 180 will serve as the hotel’s exclusive restaurant, offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and an impressive array of beverages from its 700-bottle wine vault and wrap-around bar. In addition, guests will see select “Norman’s 180 Inspired” items on the room service menu in months to come.
