Senior Vice President

Della G. Wegman is a senior commercial real estate professional with 24 years of commercial real estate investments and operations experience. During her eleven year tenure with the Amstar Group, she has been responsible for the investment performance of over $578 million in value-add real estate consisting of 2.8 million square feet of office assets and 150 tenants in 8 markets. She has strong skills in asset management, building operations, lease negotiations, financial analysis, capital project management, and relationship management.

Prior to joining Amstar, Della was Real Estate Manager for Mack-Cali Realty’s Denver regional office where she was responsible for the investment performance of 800,000 square feet of office buildings in the Denver metropolitan area. She also directed Pacifica Holding Company’s portfolio sale totaling $423 million in value and 7 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail properties throughout the Denver metropolitan area. Della started her real estate career with Principal Financial Group in 1986 overseeing a portfolio of office, industrial, and retail assets in Southern California.

Della has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Iowa and a Master’s Degree in Finance from Drake University. She is a member of CREW-Denver, NAIOP, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
