D. Scott Gibler

Executive Director

D. Scott Gibler, Executive Director, is responsible for all aspects of Amstar’s western US property investments, including sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, transactional and joint venture structuring, asset management and dispositions. Mr. Gibler’s experience includes investment analysis, portfolio asset management, leasing strategies, workout of troubled assets, financing, strategic planning, portfolio enhancement and operations. In addition to his US duties, in 2009 Mr. Gibler was appointed the Acting Chief Executive Officer of Amstar Europe LLC responsible for the Amstar Ukraine property operations and investments. Scott serves on the Company's Executive and Investment Committees.

Prior to joining Amstar in 1998, Mr. Gibler was Senior Vice President and Western U.S. Regional Manager for CMD Realty Investors, in Englewood, Colorado, where he was responsible for asset management, portfolio performance and oversight of property management and leasing. He has also held senior positions with Mile High Properties and EquiVentures in Denver, and Grubb & Ellis Consulting Services and Landauer Associates in Los Angeles.

Mr. Gibler holds a CRE designation from the American Society of Real Estate Counselors, of which he is a member. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).

Mr. Gibler earned a B.S. in Real Estate/Finance at the University of Southern California, and also participated in its entrepreneur graduate program.
