Managing Director of Amstar
Jason M. Lucas is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's investments in Turkey, Russia and India. Mr. Lucas has more than 8 years of real estate transaction experience in the United States and Europe.
Before joining Amstar in 2007, Mr. Lucas was with Broadreach Capital Partners in Los Angeles where he assisted in the acquisition of over $500 million of value-add real estate in the office, hospitality and retail sectors. Prior to that, Mr. Lucas worked for Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds. During his tenure, he also advised clients on a wide range of financial and strategic alternatives, including mergers, acquisitions, buyouts and capital raises.
Mr. Lucas graduated with honors from Brown University with a B.A. in Economics.
