Managing Director
Joy Berry is a Managing Director of Amstar. Ms. Berry’s experience includes 24 years in the hospitality development industry including hotels, resorts, spas, residential, fractional units, and casinos. Ms. Berry has extensive experience with finding, acquiring, and turning around distressed real estate – and has executed development and redevelopment of all these product types.
Prior to joining Amstar, Ms. Berry was Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development for Marriott International and Ritz-Carlton Company for over 10 years.
Ms. Berry earned her B.S. degree at the University of Arizona.
