Adams and Reese Renews Lease in Downtown Nashville’s Fifth Third Center

NASHVILLE, TN - - November 18, 2009 - - Amstar Group, LLC is pleased to announce a two-floor lease renewal with Adams and Reese LLP on the 27th and 28th floors of the Fifth Third Center in downtown Nashville.  “We are delighted to have a firm as strong as Adams and Reese reaffirm its long-term commitment to the building”, said Della Wegman, Vice President of Amstar.  “We have made a considerable investment upgrading the exterior and interior common areas and mechanical systems of the building for the specific purpose of improving the experience our tenants have while occupying the building.  We hope our investment in the building was one of the reasons Adams and Reese decided to renew long term with us,” added Wegman.

 Located in the heart of downtown Nashville at 424 Church Street, the Fifth Third Center is a Class A, 490,000 square foot office tower that has a great past and an even greater future.  Designed by Eugene Kohn, principal of world-renowned architecture firm Kohn Peterson Fox, the Fifth Third Center has served as a signature landmark in the Nashville skyline for more than two decades.
